ABOUT UNIVERSITY

Dr. Sirajul Islam Medical College & Hospital is one of the popular medical colleges in Bangladesh offering MBBS degree. It is located in Maghbazar, Dhaka. It is affiliated with the University of Dhaka. The college offers a five-year course of study leading to a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree including a one year internship after graduation.

The degree offered by the college is recognized by various medical councils including MCI. Upon the completion of the degree, graduates are free to practice their medical career anywhere in the world, after qualifying the FMGE of that country.

Dr. Sirajul Islam Medical College & Hospital offers safe and comfortable accommodation for all international students with the required amenities like laundry facilities, cooling and heating system. There is a common TV on every floor and all the rooms are fully furnished. Indian food is also available to students at the mess. The college believes in holistic development of every child and therefore regularly organizes sports and cultural events.
